Did you take some time out of your weekend to check out this year’s Winter Wonderland of Homes? Don’t worry if you missed out on this opportunity, because you still have time.  You can check out many of the area’s newest homes this weekend as well.  In fact, the 2012 VHBA Winter Wonderland of Homes is open this Thursday and Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (February 23-26).

If you aren’t familiar with the Winter Wonderland of Homes, it is a self guided tour through up to 35 new homes in the valley.  An adult ticket costs $10 and it grants you permission to tour any of the 35 new homes on display at your leisure.  Since many of these homes are for sale, this parade is a great opportunity to scope out your future home.  If you aren’t interested in buying, you can simply enjoy the design and get some great ideas.

Cypress Homes has two models in the Winter Wonderland of Homes.  At site 31, you will find our Mulberry model.  This is a condo in the Cottages at Lake Park.  If you visit this home, you will see that the Mulberry condo maximizes space and is priced affordably without any sacrifices.  At site 4, you will find our ultimate home, the Karalyn House.  This beautiful new home combines craftsman styling with contemporary desires.  From the appliances, to the water heater, to the insulation, to the kitchen, we didn’t skimp on anything with this home.  Viewing the Karalyn House is definitely worthwhile.
