Location

The subdivision is located just minutes northwest of the City of Appleton, WI.  Encore Subdivision is located to the north of Parkview Drive just a little east of Hwy 76 and Greenville Town Hall.

 

The subdivision is adjacent to Finale Condos community (Finale is located just west of Encore). Ridgeway Drive extends north of Parkview Drive into the subdivision, with a cul du sac at the north end of the property.

School District Information

Restrictive Covenants

The covenants for Encore are still being finalized.  The anticipated highlights of the restrictive covenants for the subdivision are listed below and a pdf of the entire covenants will be added once they are finalized.

 

Minimum Square Footage Required:

  • Ranch Plans: 1,800 sqft
  • 1 1/2 Story Plans: 2,200 sqft
  • 2 Story Plans: 2,400 sqft

The front side of each home must have a minimum of 30% masonry.

Outbuildings will be allowed in accordance with the Village of Greenville regulations. The exterior of outbuildings must match the home. 

All lots are build-to-suit with Cypress Homes, Inc.
