Lake park villas

The Lake Park Villas Community is located in Menasha, WI just South of Appleton. Lake Park Villas is not a condo community, but consists of smaller lots and free-standing condo homes. It also features HOA provided lawn care and snow removal, making it the perfect low-maintenance location for single family homes. 

Lake Park Villas is surrounded by scenic greenery and ponds, with walking trails weaving throughout the community. It's. the ideal area for active families that enjoy the quiet while still being in proximity to the city. 

Located to the West of Lake Park Drive, this community is in a fast growing and popular area of town but still maintains its seclusion and quiet feeling through the neighborhood. 

FInale Condo Community

Our Finale Condo Community is located in the Village of Greenville and surrounded by gorgeous green space. Like Lake Park Villas, this condo community has monthly dues to provide snow removal and lawn care for its residents. Finale consists of 26 lots, with many of them backing up to a tree line or landing in view of Bear Creek. Each and every lot in Finale has its own unique views and charm.

So, if you're looking for a great, low-maintenance community with smaller lots and green space throughout the area, both Finale and Lake Park Villas could be great for you! Here are the main similarities and differences to consider:

Both communities have law care and snow removal, making them great options for people looking to own homes while maintaining a low-maintenance lifestyle. Lake Park's features are provided by the HOA, while Finale's monthly dues cover these amenities. 

Encore Subdivision: 

Directly next door to our Finale Condo Community is our brand new Encore Subdivision. Encore shares the same charm as Finale, being nestled in the heart of Greenville and surrounded by beautiful greenery. However, Encore features much bigger lots ranging from .43 acres to a sprawling 5.66 acres. 

This subdivision is brand new, making it the perfect place for people looking to build their home on a larger lot. With Encore being so new, you can be among the first residents, giving you so many different lot options! 

Auburn Estates subdivision

Auburn Estates is another development with larger lots, with each of the 27 amounting to at least one acre of land. Located in Grand Chute, it also falls into the Hortonville School District. Multiple available lots also have the potential exposure, meaning there's even more possibilities when it comes to adding lower levels in your build. 

So, both Auburn and Encore are great to consider if you're looking for more space with bigger lots. Both communities allow for large lots and lots of lang with a quiet, country feel while only being minutes from the city!

Auburn is further along in its development, with only three lots still on the market and one home coming soon. Encore just recently broke ground as of December, meaning you can be one of the first to take your pick of the available lots. Both communities still have great options for anyone.

Both communities have similar minimum square footage and build requirements. 

Ranch: 1,700 - 1800 sqft. 

1 1/2 Story: 2,200 sqft.

2 Story: 2,400 sqft.
