This home was featured in the  Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities Parade of Homes in February of 2018. HBA Fox Cities advocates for the development of safe, affordable , eco-friendly, and high quality homes throughout the Fox Valley. The organization hosts the Parade of Homes, which showcases new and remodeled homes from various builders throughout the area.

In this Parade Home we featured our Cottonwood model, offering a 1.5 story floorplan. With its beautiful kitchen, open-concept great room, and private home office, this plan provides plenty of space to accommodate for any family's needs. Also included in this house are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, rec room, and 3-car garage.
