It’s been a busy spring at the Cottages at Lake Park community! Lots in this new condo community, located in the City of Menasha, are selling quickly, with new homes being built left and right!

The condos at the Cottages are all free-standing units, which gives you the feeling of owning your own home while reaping the benefits of condominium living. We offer six floor plans that can be adjusted to fit your lifestyle, or you can create a custom floor plan just for you! A low monthly association fee of $99 covers: landscape maintenance, lawn care, street & driveway maintenance and snow removal.
