The Cottages at Lake Park are really starting to come along and lots are going quick! Here is a map of the current lots that we have available!  The remaining lots are all priced at $34,900 and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Prairie Willow Condo Currently, construction is underway on Lot 4, which is our Prairie Willow Model. This condo is still available, but as construction progresses we anticipate a lot of interest.  So if you are interested in this model you should act fast!

Construction is also going on down the street at lot 12! We are building a custom River Birch Model for a customer and a lot of progress has been made over the past few of weeks!
