2025 was another amazing year at Cypress Homes, and we can't wait to continue building more beautiful homes in more places in 2026! Here are some statistics on what we accomplished in the past year:

Our Most Popular Layout: The Karalyn

Our Karalyn layout is a large ranch style home featuring a split bedroom and open concept layout. This homes primary suite includes a massive walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. Also including an office, first floor laundry and beautiful kitchen with a home bar. It's no shock that people love this floor plan! 

Our Largest Home: Custom Ridgewood

The Ridgewood is a 1.5 story plan with a home office, two story foyer and three car garage. This custom home opted to add an extra bed and bath, as well as finishing a workout and rec room in the basement, making it a 5 bed, 3.5 bath home. This is just one example of the endless possibilities that can come from our existing layouts! 

Total Areas Served: 22 

In total, we served over 20 different communities from Oshkosh to Green Bay, amounting to six different counties.

Total Square Footage: 87,305

In total, the homes of 2025 added up to almost 88,000 square feet. For perspective, thats 1.5 football fields, and more than all of the turf in Lambeau Field.  

Adding up our homes, we completed 115 bedrooms and 87 bathrooms. With those numbers, maybe we should move into the hotel business! 

Finished Lower Levels: 48%

Almost half of our customers opted to add a basement to their original floor plan, which adds so much versatile space to a home. For those who didn't, we can always return to our past builds and finish a lower level space! 

Pre-built homes vs custom builds:

1/3 of our homes this year were pre-built layouts. The other 2/3 were custom built homes, meaning they could be based off of our existing designs with some tweaks, or they are 100% custom built to be someones dream home!
