We're excited to be hosting this SUMMER KICKOFF EVENT to showcase our first model in our new community, Auburn Estates.  This event will run from 12pm-3pm at 5124 N Cobble Creek drive in Grand Chute. 

To find the event, you can take Capitol Drive to McCarthy Rd, taking McCarthy Road north for approximately 1/2 mile.  Take a right on Cobblecreek Drive, which now connects through our new subdivision to McCarthy Road. 

Much careful planning and detail have been completed in the effort to get this subdivision underway, and we know this event will be a great start to showcase the area. This event will be the first of its kind and will feature:

• Tours of this brand new model,  our Elderwood model.
• Free Food
• Music
• Yard Games
• Tours of the lots
• Exciting information about upcoming models
