Greg Drusch from Cypress Homes was installed as President of the Winnegamie Home Builder's Association on Wednesday September 25, 2019!

The Winnegamie Home Builder's Association (WHBA) covers both Winnebago and Outagamie Counties (hence: Winnegamie) and is affiliated with the Wisconsin Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

The WHBA is a not-for-profit trade organization that provides resources, services and education about the housing industry to its members and the community. According to the WHBA their mission is to "promote attainable, quality housing through industry leadership, ethical business practices and community and government involvement."

How does the WHBA serve the public?

If you are looking for a home builder or remodeler near Winnebago and Outagamie Counties, the WHBA can be a great resource. The WHBA holds it members to a high standard of authenticity and reliability. Also, if you experience any concerns with a builder or remodeler member, the WHBA can provide the support needed to resolve potential issues.

Greg Drusch and some of his fellow board members take their oaths for the new term.

GREG DRUSCH, WHBA PRESIDENT

Cypress Homes is proud and honored to have their very own, Greg Drusch elected president of this esteemed organization! Greg Drusch has served as a WHBA board member for the past 4 years (one of the requirements of being elected president is serving on the board of directors for at least 1 year).

As president, Greg Drusch will oversee many of the operations within the WHBA organization. Specifically, two of his top priorities are to (1) Increase WHBA membership and (2) Increase Parade of Homes visibility and traffic.

(1) Increasing membership will mean that more local builders and remodelers will have access to the service and education that the WHBA provides. Also, community members will have a greater number of resources to choose from when they contact the WHBA.

(2) The Parade of Homes is one of the biggest events that the WHBA hosts, allowing its builders and remodelers to showcase their work to the public in a scheduled home tour event.  Increasing WHBA membership should help promote a larger, more dynamic Parade of Homes.
