Cypress Homes Floor Plan Bracket Challenge Round 2 Results

Based on Round 1 results, we knew The Magnolia would be a very strong contender and it proved it by taking down The Avalon has been the most popular plan for Cypress Homes over the past few years in terms of number of homes built so this is a significant win for The Magnolia. 

The Edgewood continues to be a powerhouse over the smaller floor plans. The Bellmont, like the Avalon, is a very popular option amongst our build customers; it just lacks the square footage to compete with The Edgewood. The Edgewood is finally going to be stacked against an opponent of similar magnitude when it squares off with The Magnolia in round 3!

The Carabelle took 62.5% of the votes against the Kari plan. This was an interesting matchup as both of these are ranch plans with popular layouts and awesome features. Ultimately, the bigger plan won; apparently size matters.

We had a tie between the Brookridge and the Ridgewood! These are 2 extremely popular 1.5 story plans so we expected this to be a close matchup. Since both plans received the same number of votes in round 2, we had to count total votes from both rounds to determine the tiebreaker. And the winner is...The Brookridge (with 7 more votes overall).
