“Happy New Year!

Pat and I hope everyone at Cypress Homes had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  Now that we are pretty much settled into our beautiful home, Pat and I want to extend our very sincere appreciation to all of your for making our home building experience a very pleasurable and satisfying one.  We hosted Christmas Eve with my whole family and I have to tell you, they were really “Wowed.” Of course, Pat and I gave your guys all the credit!  I tell ya, we were beaming like brand new parents.  In fact, about a month ago, I was outside putting up Christmas decorations and a couple, driving by, stopped and commented what an attractive house we had.  I gave Cypress Homes, (Shannon and Taya) all the credit.  They were out looking for lots and a contractor, so I hope they contact you.  In fact, their parting comment to me was, “it just doesn’t seem like contractors build houses like your’s anymore.”  We never could have done this without Shannon and Taya’s help.  Their knowledge, professionalism and of course their ease of working with us, made us feel like we were working with close personal friends, instead of a contractor.  If you ever need a reference, please do not hesitate to call on us.
