Floor Plans

Cypress Homes builds homes of all shapes and sizes. While all plans are completely customizable, it is sometimes nice to have general floor plans to work from.  Below are plans broken up into our Cypress Homes and Dimensions lines.

Cypress Homes Line Plans

The Cypress Homes Line of home plans feature some of our higher end homes that generally range in size from 2,100 sq.ft. to over 4,000 sq.ft.  These homes are spacious and offer a vast array of features.

Dimensions Line Plans

The Dimensions Line of home plans features homes generally ranging in size from 1,400 sq.ft. to over 2,000 sq.ft.  These homes are value engineered to allow for a lower priced home to include many of the features seen in homes twice their size and price.

Custom Home Plans

While we have a vast array of plans created, many people want to build one of a kind home.  We can sit down with you and draw up a completely unique home plan custom designed for you!  This is a FREE service that we offer.  Along with the free plan drawing, we use a 3D rendering software to take you through a virtual tour of your new home before it is every built.
