The Lantana is an elegant two-story plan with plenty of room to roam. The dynamic foyer features curved staircases up to the second level and down to the lower level. A wood-paneled office or study is to the left, and a formal dining room is to the right. The dining room connects to the kitchen through a butler’s pantry, for added prep space and storage. The spacious kitchen is a cook’s dream, with plenty of workspace, a large center island and a bright breakfast area. The sunken great room has a wall of windows facing the backyard, plus a fireplace surrounded by storage. All four bedrooms are upstairs, surrounding a loft overlooking the staircase. The raised master bedroom with tray ceiling includes a bathroom with whirlpool tub, dual sinks, separate shower and commode, plus a large walk-in closet. Three other bedrooms, including one with a walk-in closet and adjacent bathroom, complete the second floor.
