"Express homes" are homes that have either already been built, or are in the process of being built.  These homes offer the most popular features and color schemes.  Depending on how soon you get involved, you may still be able to choose your own colors.  These homes are express because you can move into them faster than if you build yourself.

Dimensions Line

This division of Cypress Homes offers homes ranging from 1,400 sq. ft. to over 2,000 sq. ft.  These homes are value engineered to provide a lower priced home with many of the same features seen in homes twice their size and price.
