A. We build within a two-hour radius of the Fox Valley. This range includes Green Bay, Door County, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Miwaukee, Stevens Point, and more.

Q. How do I know how much house I can afford?
A. Cypress Homes has lenders available to do pre-qualifications, which will help you determine payments and costs. It's helpful to review your monthly expenses to determine how much you can afford to spend per month on your mortgage, taxes, insurance, and maintenance.

Q. What happens if something goes wrong after I move in?
A. Each Cypress home comes with a written warranty from the builder, for your peace of mind. We back our warranty with outstanding customer service. For the first year after your new home's construction is complete, a Cypress Homes representative will meet with you every three months (or more, if needed) to address any issues. Of course, we're always available by phone or email, too.

Q. What are the advantages of living in a Cypress Homes condo?
A. Condo living means you don't have to worry about anything outside your walls. Cypress Homes builds single-family and duplex condos that look and feel like individual homes. Unlike a traditional home, though, you don't have to worry about shoveling snow, lawn care, or any other exterior maintenance. A condominium association formed by all the condo owners elects a president to represent them. The association hires out maintenance, lawn and snow removal.
