Bill & Mandy’s Experience

I love our new home, and yes it truly is a HOME, it’s spacious and comfortable and wonderful, and it makes good use of the space, not an inch wasted.  It is solid construction leaving little to worry about in the future.  It is very nice to know that we are doing a little part to help save energy by having our home built with a certified ENERGY STAR builder, and it’s nice to know that I don’t have to worry about drafts or that my heating bill is going to be astronomical because it’s not an efficient home.  Kris and Mike were really easy to talk with and it seemed like they really understood our needs and wants, and it seemed like they truly cared about us as people and not just as a profit.  We get compliments on our home all the time, about how nice it it.  It’s so beautiful and it is the perfect fit for our family. The arched doorways are a great touch, it adds tons of character to the house.  Our home was built really quickly, and when it really came down to crunch time, you really pulled through!!
